Salam Satu Riders

Risau kalo beckp psal motor jem...rmai yg xnk ia belaku tp sudah pasti rmai
yg pernah mngalami nye...ad org ckp jem lekat la, piston bobos la, jem rod la
n mcm2 lg istilah...ape yg perlu kite buat kalo motor tibe2 jem?

Disini ade sedikit info paling basic psal moto jem:

Tindakan kecemasan semasa motor jem / stop
1. semasa motor begerak dengan kelajuan enjin tinggi, jika ada gejala2 "knocking", atau tiba2 powered engine did not immediately pull down your clutch for direct spin down, if at that time coupled with the demise of the engine but if we carry on condition he not die quietly certain time occurs because the piston & ring expanding block.
2. immediately pulled over, and enter the gear teeth to position 2 / 3 and then slowly backing up your motor pistons and the block is not locked.
3. drops of oil on the side of the piston through the spark plug hole if by chance we took.
4. tunggu sehingga enjin sejuk lalu jalankan kembali perlahan-lahan sampai ke destinasi anda.

haaa...yg tu jd misteri wakaka biasenye org piston bobos kat tgh...
tp ak pecah n belobang kat tepi...pe cer? pndapat pomen ak, motor
ak setting ngam2...minyak+2T+angin ngam2..so, ble naek tmpat tnggi,
suhu pn panas sejuk, tu yg biol...trus jd cmtu Suspect No Razz

1.moto kegunaan harian bsenye seting die sndet je(myk kck 2t kck dll)...so ble anda nk jln jaoh pastikan anda seting blk
2.myk xleh kck sgt...nt bobos(cmne myk kck leh mnyebabkn bobos tnye yg lebih pakar)
3.2t bsrkan cket/bancuh esp kalo nk jln jaoh...
4.kalo da pkai 2t mineral 2 xyah duk gedix2 nk maintain outmeter la...kalo nk gk pkai la semi/fully synthetic
5.jgn maintain outmeter ble cuace pns terik...
6.pastikan anda mgunakan alatgnti ORI...stendet is da best

p/s:aku ni pn xtrer ngt sal moto...kalo salah tlg btolkan...kalo kurang tlg tmbahkan...kalo slow tlg lajukan

ini menunjukkan kemasukan campuran angin & minyak cukup..
tapi, kemasukan 2t kurang.. kesanny, ia akan bobos kat tepi...
klu kemasukan minyak plak kurang... ia akan bobos kat tengah...
kenapa ia bobos kat tepi???
sbbny, 2t kurang utk menampung kelajuan piston dan tahap kepanasan antara lubang
blok ngan piston... drunken drunken drunken

saya tak setuju..
piston tu berlubang kt tepi adalah sbb overheat..2t kurang..
oleh yg demikian..piston tu melekat kt sleeve..tp yg melekat hanya sebahagian..
da la melekat..lalu ditarik oleh momentum crank shaft (conrod)..tu yg pecah tu..

kalau tak caye cube tgk blok..sleeve ade calar tak?
biasenye piston bobos kt tgh(kurang mnyk)..sleeeeeve tak calar pon

aku penah gak jem..de org cakap adjust pe tah kt plug..tp xidup gak org 2 buat..
aku pun xpaham..de yg ckap letak 2t kt tank,lepak jap try start..xjd gak aku buat..
malang tul..
nak tanye,kalo gear 3 da jem maksud nye cmne..piston calar je..overam ke??

2t kurang tak semestinye bobos..
kadang2 piston lekat..
kadang2 ring lekat..
kadang2 piston pecah..
kadang2 piston pin patah...
kadang2 rod bengkok...
dan mcm2 kadang2 sedang2 lg laa..wakaka

nie sedikit ar...rumusan ttg penyebab Blok Jem+calar....kot



motor baru ke motor baru lepas rebore blok ke motor baru lepas tukar blok racing ke sume kene pantang...


sbb piston dgn blok ketat lagi....dah dok melenjan memang jem la sbb benda panas mengembang..material sleeve dgn piston tak sama..kembang tak

sama...tu yang jadi sempit=jem....

lagi satu...tak reti nak panaskan enjin...start enjin tros p...ulas throttle bawak macam pelesit...tak sempat minyak itam nak naik calar le piston tu.....

lagi satu...setting carb tak ngam..minyak tak cukup....terlebih panas..piston terlebih kembang+jadi lembik...jem la...lagi terok kalau piston berlubang sbb dah

jadi rapuh bila terlampau panas

lagi satu..motor lama..oil pump dah tak mantap..pressure minyak itam tak cukup kuat...pressure tak cukup nak tampung beban...calar le jadinye...

lagi satu..minyak itam tak reti nak tukar on time..minyak itam kotor=calar

lagi satu...minyak itam murahan/recycle/cap taik ayam/tiruan=low kualiti keberet=tak mampu tanggung beban=calar

lagi satu...enjin dah modified...panas lebih..minyak itam tak cukup bagus=tak mampu tanggung beban=calar

lagi satu...enjin dah modified...panas lebih=minyak itam jadi wap ilang kat udara=minyak itam kering=jem

lagi satu..piston ring/valve seal dah tak tiptop=makan minyak itam=minyak itam kering=jem

lagi satu..pam minyak itam sumbat/tak jalan/pressure dah low=minyak itam tak sampai kat semua tempat=jem


brape banyak lagi satu daaaaaa afro afro

4 stroke disejukkan oleh mnyk itam..
2 stroke disejukkan oleh 2t..

sbb tu moto 4 stroke myk itam die cpt kotoq..

cecair itam yg ko nmpk kat blok, piston n head tu minyak 2T la...2T yg terbakar
semasa proses pembakaran dlm blok besama minyak...api dikeluarkn oleh plug...
asap pembakaran disalurkn ke ekzos...pressure yg kuat mnyebabkn eksoz bunyi...
itu lah serba sedikit pasal persoaln tu Very Happy Wink
