Pada pendapat aku piston single ring(BANYAK DIGUNAKAN DALAM MOTORACING) ni kelebihan nya adalah utk meringankan pergerakan crank shaft semasa tindak balas pembakaran.....maknanya piston bergerak lebih cepat ..lebih agresif sebab tiada ring kedua.....tujuan moto standart menggunakan ring kedua adalah kerana inginkan kekemasan dalam sistem pembakaran iaitu apabila berlaku kebocoran presure yang halus pada ring yg pertama maka ring kedua akan bertindak sebagai penyelamat iaitu tidak akan berlaku loose presure.


sebenarnya piston standart pun boleh di modified juga supaya jadi piston single ring...banyak pomen racing buat...nak beli yg dah siap cam gambar tu memang koyakkkkkk poket..........

harga aku tak tau brapa ...tk pernah beli...aku ada tanya gak bberapa pomen... diaorang cakap harga piston ART ni memang mahal..boleh mencecah 2 kali ganda drpd harga piston biasa...sebab piston ni ori made in japan special utk moto yamaha.
piston top aku ingat tak habis RM40-RM50...tgk tempat la...

ok la tuu....piston RM20 tuu nama je brand japan tapi tak tau ok ke tak..klau tak de complain dari customer maknaya boleh pakai lah juga....

Pada pendapat aku banyak org akan pilih dan beli sesuatu brg apabila jenama produk@barang itu popular di pasaran...maksudnya apabila sesuatu jenama itu banyak disebut atau dibeli oleh org ramai maka jenama itu mungkin terbaik dan popular..cth nya Racing Boy....dan jika kurang disebut atau diguna mungkin kurang baik...mungkinlahh....tapi tak taula, nak tau kena lah cuba..R&D sendiri.....

kalau camtu..kenapa ramai org sprint test pakai single ring?

bile single ring..berat/beban conrod untuk berputar lebih rendah..
oleh itu..dari 0 ke top rpm lebih cpt..
ring yg kt bwh tu..sebagai backup comrpession..
kalau pakai 1 ring je..compression tu ditampung sepenuhnye oleh single ring tu je..

Aku setuju dgn info ko...memang betul banyak moto sprint test guna single ring kerana utk mengurang kn berat/beban conrod semasa berputar dan juga utk mengurangkan tekanan beban ring yang bergeseran dgn silinder block.

Apabila enjin sudah diringankan atau diupgrade maka pergerakan sistem juga akan lebih cepat dan pantas jadi kepanasan juga (overheating)akan cepat berlaku... jadi tindakan utk mengurangkan kepanasan adalh... dgn menggunakan sistem pendingin cth sistem air,angin dan pelincir seperti minyak 2T yg terbaik.

tapi kan...tapi kan..
piston lagi laju + pmbkran lagi tggi....
bgntung pada material + 2T yg dgnkn + stting...
lau krg geseran, tp material murah, cpt gak rosaknya...

nk bg pndpat jgk...ak dpt tau 2.15 tupai baru same ngn 0.0 rxz...kirenye exact value la...
sbb ak pnah kira ngn calipper...mgkin tu ralat...sy org baru jgk...pndapat ciput je Razz Razz Razz

itu dah pasti sebab 0.0 tupai kan 53.8mm...rxz/enduro 0.0 = 54mm...kat sni dah ade clearance 0.2mm...kalo faoundry yg dah otai dia akan rebore @ potong blok cun2 ikot size rxz/Dt125...tapi kebanyakkan kita akan pakai conrod tupai std + piston enduro/DT125 -save budjet xplu tkr conrod.... - hahaaha..dari segi size mmg la sama 0.0=54mm...yg beza nye tgi pin piston...n rupa piston tersebot...
- panjang conrod 125z =110mm...conrod rxz/enduro =105mm...kalo nak pakai piston rxz kat 125z...kena tukar conrod RXZ/Enduro sekali...kalo x dah tentu terjojol keluar 5mm... Very Happy Very Happy
- so xnak pening kepala n nak jimat leh guna conrod 125z + piston enduro....tapi yg nie sesuai utk bore 58mm kebawah la... bounce bounce
