- hmm..size blok lebih merujuk kepada saiz bore, atau saiz piston...nak belajar cepat..sila baca technical specification jentera Y125z...std bore original ialah 0.0=53.8mm...setiap kali rebore/lay/potong blok aka cylinder...akan menambah 0.25mm saiz..jadi dekat permukaan piston biasanya ade tulis saiz... Very Happy Very Happy ....harap membantu bounce Very Happy

..saiz kat piston dia xtulis diameter piston (Bore)...dia akan tulis 0.25..0.50..0.75..1.00 - ****
- kan suh baca technical spec tadi...0.0 = 53.8mm...jadi 0.25 = 54.05mm+-...beterusan...

nak ukur diameter piston (bore)..lebih kurang mcm nie....

1 info yg bagus utk org seperti saya ini,setelah dikira2 pada moto saya kini,dah rebore dan pakai piston 125z 1.00mm.. 53.8mm+1.00mm=54.8mm.
err 54.8mm port lubang ekjos yg sesuai berapa mm? utk sedap berjalan sahaja Laughing

- ade sowg mat saleh cakap : Gordon Jenning, dlm buku nye...untuk beginner leh guna 60%-70% dari saiz bore, advance 70% -80% utk Ekzos Port Witdh (lebar ekzos)...tgi pulak agak subjektif yg mane..depend on kegunaan...kalo nak sedap berjalan dlm range :31mm - 30mm...std tgi ekzos port 32mm.... Okok... Skrg phm ar skit... Coz aku pun bru je bejinak2 dunia pemotoran ni... Kirenye diameter tu saiz dia la... Tu yg aku phm setakat ni... Kn kt page 1 ada lubang minyak tuh, tu dlm lubang cylinder la? Kalo rebore kirenye xde effect kt lubang2 tuh?

bnda ni mgkin bg effect pd microstructure kat blok tu kot...
sbb setiap besi ad microstructure yg trsndiri,,tp bnda ni leh ubah dgn beberapa cara...
bila microstructure tu berubah ini sekaligus mengubah sifat besi tu sndri...
-ini jelah yg sy taw wat mse ni,,sdikit ilmu d zaman sekolah dlu..hhehe-

Aku nk tanya skit pasal blok resing ni... Kalo nk sarung blok resing 57mm kt tupai stendet ok x? Tahan x kalo lenjan je keje? Agak2 boleh tahan brapa lama? N kalo pakai carb 125 stendet pj n mj agak2 kne set brapa?
