sebelum setting main jet & pilot,pastikan air filter berkeadaan elok,(pastikan yg ori)dan tak ada sambungan yg longgar,sepatutnya walaupun block dh size 1.00,still bole pakai main jet & pilot standard. ok kalau x ngam,boleh refer pada warna porselin di spark plug,seharusnya warna coklat pudar..,kalau putih bermakna minyak x cukup.

ok,saya ingin kongsi sedikit pengalaman..,sebelum memulakan setting carburetor,pastikan pam 2t berkeadaan baik(berfungsi).Kalau bole Guna shell Advance Vsx (beli Di stesyen Minyak sahaja.)skrg byk imitation.
Perkara yg perlu diambil perhatian..
1)tukar spark plug baru (NGK B8es).
2)Hadapkan Fan Blower ke Head & Block (mengelakkan overheat masa setting).
3)Start Motor,Panaskan enjin sekejap..
4)pusing skru Udara 1,1/2 (satu setengah pusingan sahaja).
5)ram perlahan lahan,RPM 0 hingga 5 adalah banjaran untuk skru udara..
6)ok skrg ram supaya dia boleh stay pada setiap rpm,mula dr 5 hingga 8,kalau pada setiap nombor tu bila kita statikkan pendikit,dia stay ,itu dh ok,tp klu x statik dia naik sendiri bila kita statik kan pendikit,bermakna angin lebih,(lean),kita kena dptkn sedikit rich mixture,ok,dr 8 ke 9,10,11,12 jarum mestilah boleh naik terus waktu kita ram,tp dlm keadaan sedikit semput,dan apabila kita pulas habis dia akan melebihi dr 12 rpm ,tp mestilah dlm keadaan sedikit sebu,kalu jarum terlalu ringan waktu kita ram tu,bermakna main jet kecik.

ok,ni point penting,
1)skru udara lebih kepada untuk permulaan sahaja Idling,tp apabila sampai 5 rpm,dia akan lepas fungsi kpd pilot jet,dr 5 ke 8 rpm pilot jet bergandingan dgn jarum ,dr 8 ke 12 dan seterusnya fungsi bergantung pada main jet pula..
2)jd untuk panduan ,apabila jarum rpm dr 5 ke 8 kita boleh baca pilot jet,jarum biar ditakuk tgh,dr rpm 8 ke 12 dan seterusnya kita bole reading main jet...
3)lepas semua setting ngam, kita bole tarik kat atas jalan,test 500 meter dulu,pastu tutup enjin,boleh buka plug ,klu porselin warna coklat pudar that ok. bole tarik lagi sampai satu km,buka plug,kalau porselin warna coklat pudar,setting anda telah berjaya.

skru angin yg kecik tu bro..,proses ni enjin x hidup pun x pe,pusing skru agin tu ke kanan sampai x leh pulas,jgn pulas kuat sangat,rosak pulak lurah tu,agak2 rapat je,kemudian pusing semula ke kiri satu setengah pusingan sahaja,itupun dh ok,limit 2 pusingan,tp paling cun 1 1/2(satu setengah pusingan).selepas tu hidupkan enjin,br setting skru throtle yg besar sikit tu ,sesedap rasa tuan motor nk timing kat mana,1000 rpm pun ok gak..

bro..aku bukan otai..baru dekat 5 bulan pkai tupai..huhuhu..
tp dari yg telah aku membaca di kebanyakan forum..cam kes bro..
aku rase setting nye terlalu rich[myk lebih]..dan tuk rpm pd top gear..
mainjet yg main peranan..maknenye bro kene try malarkan mainjet carb tupai bro..try n error then share.. Smile

mm...otai tulong betulkan kalu silap.. Cool

salam otai2.....sy pnunggang newbe lg...nak tw niy, apa prob. klw miter dah 130km/j tp rpm bru 5k(rpm)... moto standart, cdi NK, pistn 1.25, chamber yypang, blok y2, mj 100 pj xpsti, rsnya standrt sbb ta prnah kacau.kotak angin da tebuk kosong...dikira angin direct masuk dah....
moto baru jak setting pickup ada naik skit, rpm still mcm 2...
pomen 2 ta bgtw pun pa mslah....dah laa nak mntak set pun dah kna bayar 30.. blum beli mj/pj lg 2.mahal btol...
nnti pas raya baru nak repair buat dia cun2..

aku heran la nape gear 6 lembab?
cdi custom dah bile perah throttle ekzos cam lawas cantek cam kuar habeh pd rpm out meter..tp bila ride smpai geqar 6 rpm drop bwh 6 dan lambat nk naik..
sape taw nape? pe nak kene set..kene tukar gear pakai gear 6 rxz ke? ke set sporket? sekarang pakai set sporket 14-36..pale
