bukan pe bro..tupai baru diorang dah assembly dgn baik..wat test de liking ke x..
kalu xde pape prob bile kt tangan kite..bg aku better xyah usik dulu..
kire tupai masih lagi under waranty..kalu de prob sampai nk g keje pun asyik wat hal je tupai kite..claim je la..

tak. moto okay je. Tp kan moto klua baru mesti bepantang dulu. Tp sy trus rembat full throttle. Org ckp, kalau xpantang, mmg block akan calar. Tu la nak memastikan betul ke x. persoalannye, kalau x bepantang, mmg CONFIRM atau TIDAK yg block akan calar ??

sbb setiap besi ad microstructure yg trsndiri,,tp bnda ni leh ubah dgn beberapa cara...

pada aku first 1000km tu yang paling penting.bukan untuk piston serasi dengan blok je.dengan rod,cranshaft,bearing2 dalam enjin.bergerak sekali untuk kali pertama bersama2.chewaah.pastu second rebore sampailah kena tukar sleeve baru leh tolak ansur nak 1000km ke,500km ke berpantang pasal blok dah terlebih masak

ape sebab gasket block (gasket antara blok dgn enjin) slalu bocor eh?
sebab set minyak lebih sgt ke? ataupun set 2t lbih sgt ke?
atau ade sebab lain? skru ikat ketat dah..scratch

mase nk ketatkan bolt yg ikat enjin ngan blok..de cara nye nk ketatkan..kene ikut tempo..ketatkan bolt ikut turutan menyilang sambil ketatkan sikit2..sebelum tu..kat gasket ngan permukaan tmpat duduknye gasket tu kene letak crim yg bertindak sebagai gam[kt workshop de] warna merah cam ubt gg..

ya..gam gasket..pastu ikat n ketatkan bolt ikut urutan menyilang..bukan searah..contoh..ketat atas kanan[jangan terus ketat..sikit2]..pastu bawah kiri lak..camtu..paham x maksud aku tu?

salam , tahun lps ad hntr mto utk port blok tp saiz msih lg 0.0 dgn ptong head 1mm klu x slap..Skg rsa gatai tgn nk up piston pulak hehe
persoalan aku, blok tu kna port lg untuk disesuaikn dgn piston 0.25 atau bleh sarung ja pston 0.25 dgn setting port yg lma?

Kalo nak up dari 0.0 - 0.25 tue..skali rebore je..baru naik 0.25mm:affraid: ...Porting pulak..ikot citarasa..n nasihat pomen yg buat dulu..sbb ukuran porting bukan ikot size blok msa kita buat..ia ikot porting yg dibuat..walaupon blok anda 0.0 mase tue tapi kalo poemn dah port byk..dah memadai ..so xperlu anta lagi...so ukuran pd blok tu yg penting..ade pic..lagi bgs..blh member2 bgi pendapat..sekian..noobs

Assalamualaikum...

Maaf pos kat sini, pasal tak pandai guna system forum...

Nak Tanya..

Motor sy tahun 2015, baru keluar sebulan... Pada asalnya, tukar spoker dari 43 kepada 38/15...
Pada awal motor ni keluar, saya dan selit screw pada kotak angina pasal tak tahan sangat dengan minyaknyer yang cecah RM7 pergi dan balik (Saujana Putra - Kelana Jaya).. Lepas buka Angin, minyak drop dari RM7 ke RM4 sehari...


Masalah tiba lepas hantar servis di salah sebuah kedai motor di area saya, lepas tukar minyak hitam, saya minta pomen tu setting angina motor saya, sebab terasa sikit berat during on Riding. Sebelum hantar, motor pickup setup gear 5 tak berat, boleh la kalo takat nak daki upcending condition terrain... Then Gear 6 drop skit...

But, lepas hantar, 2 ke 3 hari after that, performance tak segagah sebelum tu.... Top speed nak cecah 140KMH pon berat.. compare before the situation.

Sebelum ni saya pakai 2T PETRONAS Hi N... Rege RM26 sebotol... lepas tu, masa kat kedai tu tukar ke shell SX kini Wangi... RM16 sebotol... adakah pasal 2T tu sebabkan motor saya drop?

Then, apa yg boleh saya buat improvement pada motor saya supaya back to normal condition as pervious?

carb RXZ..
spoket 16-28

masalahnya skrg gear 1-5 memang best . tp masok gear 6 moto jd blow...
skrg dah tuka spoket 15-29..gear 6 ok just maintain tp rpm kekal 9 . xdpt dah rpm 11...

otai2 tolong tunjuk ajar skit...

ptot try pkai carb TZM ????

Assalamualaikum to all pomen2 and rider2 and user2 and all forumers. Salam aidilfitri dari sy mohon kemaafan kepada semua ye.

Sy nak minta tlong. Sy dah mengubah suai motor sy dgn mencuba pakai carb RR. Pj 22.5 Mj180. Masa nak try carb tu. Time nak laju tbe2 motor jd berat dan menghasilkan bunyi pelik dari blok. Mcm bunyi tepet 4stroke longgar. Cek plug putih dan 2t xde.

Ap kemungkinan yg berlaku?
1- jem panas?
2- ring makan?
3- conrod problem?

Pada sya klau dpt rpm 9 dah kire ok tu,klau lebih tkut jem panas sbb enjin trlalu bkerja kras n overheating. Head seeloknye biar std xpon modi kawah je. Mksud bro crankshaft upgrade tu cane? Try setting carb n spoket. Nk setting spoket tu plsk kne ikut gak brat bdan rider. Huhu sory pndapat nubis kubis je

salam otai2 semua...nak tanyer skit..moto aku bila rmp cecah 9 je moto mcm semput...tapi pulas xhabis ag takut moto jem...filter kotak angin dah xde mmg beli moto dah mcm tu..moto aku brani bawa 170km/jam je...nak pergi 190km xbrani sbb engine bunyi garang sgt mcm nak gigit kaki...kalo bleh nak ringan je g 190km...bleh bagi pencerahan...lagi satu setiap kali start dan first jalan msti smput sebab asap 2T xkering..bila asap dah kurang baru best layan speed..2T aku dah kecik kan tapi tetap sama..mohon advice..tq
